Natural Treatments to Fight Stretch Marks


It is summer and clothing that are used to see a little more left of our skin. But sometimes in these areas, there are undesirable imperfections called stretch marks. These appear in all part of the abdomen, waist, chest and legs can be caused by several reasons:


* Pregnancy: During this period women experience many changes in your body and one of them is the stretching of the skin, causing stretch marks appear.
* Changes in weight: The abrupt change in weight, usually when it increases, there is stretching of the skin, causing lines to appear stretch marks.
* Growth: It is well known that sudden and rapid growth of adolescents produces streaks appear in several areas of the body.
* Use of medication containing cortisone: This component has a negative impact on our bodies making them appear stretch marks.
* Stress: This state in our body our cells do not oxygenate well, causing dry skin and facilitating the appearance of unwanted lines.

Generally to combat stretch marks go to professionals who perform various methods such as laser surgery, but there are natural methods that can help stretch marks disappear so unfriendly. These are based on the use of some fruits and vegetables:

* Grapes: This is a fruit that helps in the hydration of the skin, place the pulp of this fruit on the ridges for about 20 minutes and you will see big changes.
* Carrots: These vegetables contain large amounts of antioxidants, which allows for deeper hydration of the skin and slows the aging of it. Apástalas parboiled carrots until you get a paste, placing it in the area of stretch marks, leave for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

* Another recipe based on carrots, is to mix a grated raw carrot with 50 ml. almond milk, apply the cream to the affected area and wait for it to dry. Repeat the procedure daily until stretch marks are disappearing.
* Another product that can be used is so rich avocado, as it says in other countries. Mix half avocado with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 lemon. Apply the paste obtained in the area of stretch marks as you do circular movements, then rinse with water and ready. Repeat the process daily and you will see that the grooves are decreasing significantly.
* Olive oil is also considered an excellent natural moisturizer, so you can aplicártelo on the ridges and perform massage in a circular motion, you will notice big changes.
