Living in a globalized world has led to increasingly more regular trips involving long haul. Many hours of flight and the subsequent jet-lag, cause we get to our destination tired, which is evident in our physical state.
On vacation is essential to look great from day one, that is why we have developed a list of the basic tips disfrtutar your trip from the start, taking care of your body inside and out, take note.
