Oatmeal Properties for Skin Care


Oats are a cereal that has many properties that help us take care of our body. Help in all areas of our body from the digestive system, to skin care. Within some of the properties that this cereal provides are:

* To clean the skin: Oatmeal helps reduce acne, pimples and blackheads. Mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with one teaspoon honey and 2 egg whites until you get a smooth paste.
